Description
The Reminder (001) table lamp is Enkei’s first object: a circular light merging material innovation with sculptural refinement. It embraces the raw, unpolished surface of the cast base, letting the material’s character take centre stage. The ceramic body and textile shade create a measured contrast—strength and softness, permanence and lightness.
Recognised internationally for its design and innovation, The Reminder (001) is handmade in Sweden by local artisans. The base is cast in Enkei’s proprietary ReCeramix™—a waste-ceramic material made with over 90% waste content from Swedish sources. When lit, it casts a warm, ambient glow; when off, it stands as a bold sculptural object.

Inner holder: 3D-printed recycled bio-plastics (minimal material usage)
Cord: Silicone or PVC (Swedish supplier); socket: PVC (Swedish supplier)
Packaging: Packed and protected in a combination of corrugated board and the cushioning material Papira® by Stora Enso – a bio-based, biodegradable and recyclable foam made of wood fibers that are sourced from sustainably managed forests.
