Molten glass is an incredibly malleable material. It is viscous enough to be blown and gradually hardens as it loses heat. As the glass cools, it finds its form through intervention by an external force. These candle holders, which have undergone the process of mirroring, make the bright glow of fire dance on them by virtue of their form.
