Description
The Piano ottoman is a collectible piece of furniture that draws its name from the visual rhythm created by its base and body, reminiscent of piano keys. Crafted from travertine marble, the base is made by a series of vertically aligned slabs that evokes a sense of musical structure.
Resting above, a series of welded rectangular aluminum profiles form the central volume, expressing industrial precision and a strong architectural presence. The two elements interlock fitting together like the teeth of a comb, allowing the aluminum body to slot seamlessly into the marble base.
A high-density linen cushion crowns the piece, softening the overall aesthetic and offering tactile comfort against the cool hardness of the metal and stone.
