Spherical Modernist table lamp by Andersson & Johansson (founded 1909) of Höganäs, Sweden. Handcrafted in the 1940s of earthenware with a warm beige crackle glaze that enhances the piece’s subtle patina. The simple, functional design showcases the clean lines and quality craftsmanship typical of Swedish ceramics from this period.
Complete with new crisp white linen shade, brass fitting, and brown twisted textile cord. The lamp bears its original maker’s mark on the base, confirming its authentic Swedish provenance. E27 bulb holder and Europe Type F plug.
