Description
Bodum ‘Ottoni’, designed by Carsten Jorgensen in 1986, features a high quality stainless steel body, lid with a copper and blue ball, and a removable mahogany wood handle;
The rivet-like ornamentation around the spout gives it a steampunk look. Carsten Jørgensen, a Danish designer, began his career in the 1970s with Bodum, where he was creative director for more than 25 years, making his mark on the production line. His work has been awarded and exhibited in prestigious museums. The bottom of the kettle bears the inscription ‘Design C. Jørgensen Made in Italy Inox 18/10 Bodum’.
