Hand-thrown stoneware vessel with a broad, ovoid body, tapering base, and short, straight neck, the piece is articulated with two lateral nodes at the shoulder. Finished in a manganese saturated glaze with subtle tonal shifts from black to mirror-like. Designed as a sculptural object or for minimal floral arrangements.
