A rosewood veneer cabinet by Jules Leleu featuring curved lines, scroll feet, and gilded metal handles with shagreen cover plates. Signed and numbered in cartouche. Jules Leleu (1883-1961) was a master of French Art Deco design, known for his restrained luxury and exceptional craftsmanship. His work graced French embassies and grand ocean liners including the Normandie.
